Back into Gear Workout!

hey guys!!!! 

sooo sooo glad my Body Image Q +A posts were so helpful!  

they are now under my FAVS tab above along with my other VIPosts!

YEsterday I decided to kcik start my exercise again! I’ve been in a mega slump since school has started in regard to my diet and exercise, so I wanted to switch things up and do something fun!

I got these workouts from Naomi, who is THE BOMB- if you haven’t check out her blog.. do it now! (I secretly want to be her when im older!)

This was suchh a nice workout! i really enjoyed it and it got me right back into gear! 

First up the HIIT:

 Followed up with this Shoulder and Core circuit I adapted from her!

Set 1:

Dumbbell shoulder press 3×10 with 15lbs

Bent over lateral raise 3×12 with 10lbs

Mountain climbers 3×15

bicycle crunches 3×15 each side

Set 2:

oblique twists 3×20

crunches for 1 song on my ipod- 3mins? x1

Inner leg raises x2

Set 3:

Plate hold (above head) 3x 1 min with 33lbs

Walking pushups 3×8

Dumbbell arm circles 3×20

Medicine ball twists 3×15

I felt SO GOOD during and after!
