Now say that title 10 times fast!

Alternate title: I put so many toppings on my pizza I couldn’t name it something simple!

Happy Labor Day!! I hope you have the day off and are enjoying the long weekend. Just popping in to share a delicious recipe with you!

We have a few go to recipes that we rotate throughout the weeks and pizza is one of them, whether is it pizza on naan , or pizza on actual pizza dough we enjoy pizza. More often then not we do our own thing when it comes to pizza. Jeff is a cheese and pepperoni guy and I am a veggie and no meat gal. So my particular pizza looks more like this

Artichoke, arugula, goat cheese and sun-dried tomato pizza
prep: 5 mins
bake: 8-10 mins (or until crust is to cooked to choice)

Ingredients:
half of a ball of pizza dough (We used TJ’s whole wheat)
2 tbs olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 cup arugula
4 artichoke hearts chopped
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
goat cheese sprinkled to liking

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 425
2.) Roll out your dough according to package directions
3.) Top with olive oil, crush garlic, arugula, artichokes, sun- dried tomatoes and goat cheese.
4.) Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, maybe longer depending on oven.

Do you like pizza? What is your favorite kind? What is your least favorite kind?
I am a white pizza girl, I like the sauceless pizza’s!
