500ml Bancha4g Kanten powder
1/2pc Apple (5mm width slice quarter-moon)
2Tbsp Agave Nectar
Pinch of sea salt
1/2tea spoon Cinnamon powder
1. Place Bancha and Kanten powder in sauce pan, bring to boil. Change to low flame, simmer until kanten was malted. Stir continually for avoid lumping.
2. Add apple, Sea salt simmer few minutes. Add cinnamon powder toward the end. Keep it while for less excess hot.
3. Pour into glass. Cool it down.
You may add more Agave nectar if you like.
