This is a very easy recipe that I make most of the time after I finish the almond milk. The little sweet treats are amazing! Don't forget to make them small because they are very sweet.
Almonds remains from the almond milk ( I used about 1 cup of soaked almonds)
1 handful of dehydrated plums , soaked in water for at least 2 hours – soaking is optional ( you can use any dehydrated fruits, it works just as well)
2 tbs honey
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Blend the plums with an immersion blender until you get a smooth paste. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the coconut flakes, until all the flavors are evenly distributed. Make small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.
Place the bon-bons in the freezer for about 3 hours.
