Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am not a big fan of chocolate chip cookies, but really couldn’t pass up an opportunity to make super healthy vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. And I love almond butter. The ingredients for these cookies were all measured and mixed by my 3 year old :they are that easy! Use gluten-free oats, if gluten concerns you.

Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Vegan, Gluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats, ground into flour
  • ½ cup natural unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 4  ripe bananas,  mashed
  • 1 packet Stevia

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 *F.

Mix all ingredients together.  

Using a spoon, scoop the dough onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly brown. Let the cookies cool a little and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
