Almond cakes without flour

  Ingredients:


6 egg whites

90 g almond flour 
dessert spoon of stevia
vanillin

Recipe: accurately separate the egg white from the yolks and beat in foam)) Foam must be thick: if you turn a bowl top-down, foam don't falls out. Than add stevia and vanilla, beat just a little bit and or mix with a spoon. Add the almond flour and mix again. Thats all))) Pour into molds and put in preheated oven.I got out of this dough nine cupcakes. Bake until done - cakes must become golden in color . It is  nessasary  to give give a cool (otherwise it will taste of eggs) and eat))))Calorie Calculator:
