Boil 100g Dhal. Take 2 spoon edible oil add mustard after. Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Take 100g cutting vegetables ( carrots, brinjal, drumstick, sambar onions ) 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, required AachiSambar Powder, salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty AachiSambar is ready to serve.
