Aachi Masala Fish Fry

You will need

Fish – 500 g ( cleaned and sliced )
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Aachi Fish Fry Masala – as required
Aachi Sunflower oil – to fry
Method

1, Wash the sliced fish pieces with lemon juice.

2, Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry masalal with little water.

3, Apply the paste gently on the fish pieces and allow to marinate completely.

4, After 2 hours, deep fry in Aachi Sunflower Oil.

5, Serve hot with rice. Decorate with lemon wedges and onion slices.
