Method
1, Wash the chicken , squeeze out excess water and cut into small chunks. 2, Mix all the other ingredients. 3, Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 2-3 hours. 4, Heat Aachi Sunflower Oil in a pan and deep fry a few pieces at a time till tender and crisp. 5, Drain the oil on a paper napkin and serve on a bed of onion rings and lemon slices.
