For Sunday's lunch, I made some wonton's filled with minced stir-fry veggies and a small piece of Pepper Jack cheese (Veggie Slice Cheese). Baked them off at 375 degrees for 10 mins. and lunch was served. I also included some cucumber slices, sweet chili sauce for dipping and for dessert we had some leftover strawberry mousse. Delish!
