When trying to cut calories and fat, use low-sodium V8 tomato or vegetable juice. You can use 1/4-1/2 cup in a pan, drop in some diced onions, then add seasoned chicken breasts, lean pork cutlets, or various cuts of fish and cook over a medium flame. If the juice cooks off too quickly, simply add more. In the end you'll save extra calories and fat by not using oil or butter for cooking!
