One of the many habits I have adapted since I stopped dieting and began eating clean is trying not to buy any foods that I don’t consider a staple in my diet.
In other words, I stock up my kitchen with the foods that I both enjoy eating and that provide fuel for my body. Foods that I consider kitchen staples should taste great and make me feel good!
When it comes to sweets and treats I try to abide by a guideline I learned from Michael Pollan:
