1. Reduce your consumption of red meat and poultry skin.
2. Choose skim, 1% milk, or light milk, cheese, and yogurt
3. Stay away from margarine, shortening, and commercial baked goods.
4. Enjoy a small dessert of nonfat frozen yogurt, or fat-free ice cream.
That's what I hate about low carb diets. I've had friends who went on them. They drink whipping cream in their coffee and deep fry everything. They eat eggs and cheddar cheese like it was going out of style. That just can't be good for you.
