5 Days Vegan: Join The Health Challenge

5DaysVegan Now calling this a challenge is a bit silly on my part as it’s not really a challenge at all. This five days will be so much fun, so delicious and so rewarding that the challenge might be even pretending like you can go back to eating the same way when the five days are over with.

Here is the plan Stan…

The 5 Day Vegan group supported goodness willcommence on Tuesday, September 15th and we will collectively stick it out together until Saturday, September 19th ( register for $12 CAD to participate in the group program and to get your tutorial ). This is where you have a choice to make. If you feel so inspired, you can keep on rocking out this health train and carry on with the 3-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse that will begin on Sunday, September 20th.

Now, without making this too complicated, I wanted to offer you a little package deal. Just a little further motivation to keep the health train rolling! Now what do I mean by group supported?
Well, I wish we could have a kick-off vegan breakfast together on Tuesday, September 15th but unfortunately, we live all over the world (oh this magical internet). So the next best thing I can offer is to support you through my blog in conjunction with live twitter coaching. You might want to follow me if you’re not already. Throughout the 5 days of the vegan program and 3 days of the Green Smoothie Cleanse, I will be coaching, guiding , motivating and offering some useful tips and tricks and I will be doing the program right along with you too!

At 2:00pm on Saturday, September 12th I will be showing off my cooking skills and discussing the benefits of a plant-based, soy, potato, corn, sugar and gluten-free diet with my presentation I have inappropriately named Making Love In The Kitchen: Doing It Veggie Style.   • Sunday, September 13th: (Vegetarian) Healthy Meal Prep Workshop at the newly reno’d Making Love In The Kitchen Headquarters. Sunday from 2:00pm -4:00pm, see how easy it is to prepare for a week of healthy veggie based eating, how to set-up your kitchen and sample the goodness that I make live before your very eyes.
