Celiac RN and Mom of 2 celiac kids - on an expedition to navigate the way through a gluten filled world. I have struggled with cfs along with dysautonomia (POTS, NCS, NMH) for 18 years. I suffered from symptoms of cd for 22 years but was only diagnosed 5 years ago. I am a homeschooling Mom to two of the world's greatest kids. When I have the energy, I love to cook, bake, blog, and scrapbook.

I have had CFS /CFIDS / ME for over two years but am getting to grips with it now that I have a diagnosis. I have always worked, somehow, though had to find imaginative and flexible options. I love the sun and the sea and making myself healthy. I am very lucky to have a supportive partner. I live in Australia and am exploring natural ways to restore my body to full health.

I have chronic Lyme and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (also known as CFIDS and ME). I was diagnosed with Lyme 2 years ago and CFIDS/ME 9 months ago. I am also the mother of a hopping toddler boy.
