Wisconsin bioscience industry reports growth and economic impact

BioForward released a study of the statewide economic impact the bioscience industry has on Wisconsin. The analysis shows that the average worker in the bioscience field had earnings that are 64 percent higher than all average earnings of Wisconsin workers in 2009. The number of bioscience businesses grew by 19% over the last 5 years and increased their total payroll by 22% in current dollars.
