You can find a list of hospitals, and other licensed facilities, in CA at http://www.oshpd.ca.gov/HID/Products/Listings.html. You will need to pull out those with a Los Angeles address.
It will be harder to find a list of physicians. You can start by requesting a list of the licensed physicians in Los Angeles from the Medical Board of CA http://www.medbd.ca.gov/. Keep in mind, physicians may be licensed in another city, but also have an office in Los Angeles.
You can check with the California Medical Association for their list, but it may only include CMA members. http://www.cmanet.org/
