what is the lump under my rib cage

it is at the bottom of the right side of my rib cage and is about four inches long.it feels like a lump and it pushes hard on my rib cage.when taking a deep breath it will come out from undernieth yhr rib cage and can be felt by finger tips.and hurts sometimes
