Mr Potter has been featured on many shows such as Dateline to explain, but again we need to pay more attention to the processes here and get with it and drop the OMG stories that keep us distracted with not getting to the core of the problems. Today he answers a few questions for the Wall Street Journal.
He stated the insurers state they want to be on the side of reform and he brings up the movie Sicko from Michael Moore. Is there a way for all to get along she asks, and Mr. Potter doesn’t think its going to be a good match in order to meet Wall Street’s goals.
He also states that the exchanges will allow for more transparency with health insurance. If you follow his website you can see he has quite few appearances booked in the upcoming months. BD
Investors shouldn't expect big returns from health insurers as the reform law kicks in, but consumers should get easier-to-compare health plans starting in 2014, says Wendell Potter, a former health-insurance executive-turned-whistleblower.
