Verona, WI city engineer confirms Epic campus built in wrong place

The Verona city council and Epic executives face a dilemma today after a scan of city plans showed the healthcare software developer’s campus is about a mile to the east of the land the company purchased. “The plan calls for an Epic campus of 380 acres to the west of the Military Ridge Trail…west!” says Mike Wilson, with the city planner’s office. The error was discovered when the property’s owner, April Forst, returned from a 10-year round-the-world vacation to find a statue of a dragon where her house used to be. Calls to the company have not been returned at this time.
