Just a few months ago Nighthawk went through some major upgrades at their headquarters. If you are not familiar with teleradiology those are the folks that read images 24/7 and this can happen when you are at a rural hospital or any location to where a radiologist interpretation is needed. Many hospitals use both services both during and after normal working hours to there’s always someone there to read the image.
The company also offers “cloud” PACS services so onsite servers are not required and they offer a back up service to store all PACS images in addition to the teleradiology services. BD
