Twitter Transcript and Impact Report for NESHCo Day One

Below is the twitter transcript from the first full day (Thursday) of the 2012 Spring Symposium of the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo) in Boston. The transcript begins with a few stats from Hashtracking.com (Impressions, Reach and Top Tweeters). It was a great day at the conference. Not a ton of people tweeting, but a few committed tweeters.
