I n our current world of computerized everything, social networks are plentiful and all the rage. While I have a Facebook and Twitter account I must admit I consider myself a net novice when it comes to the many possibilities that exist to engage others over the net. While tromping through twitter today I see several healthcare providers and organizations utilizing yet another social media site called Twellow.com. Talk about ways to interact not only with friends but others in your business and of course customers and patients. Clearly social media networks can offer great opportunities for healthcare organizations that want to keep in touch and keep their internal and external relationships in the know.
