It is always interesting when someone presents a purportedly new idea and then gets shot down. Some ideas deserve to be shot down based on intellectual integrity. I would think that physicians, who should be steeped in the great traditions of rigorous scientific thought, would welcome an articulate critique. Apparently they don't.
