The National Institute of Health sees the value of genetic profiles and is funding additional research.  Duke University was the first client to use Expression Analysis and collaborates with the FDA and pharma for electronic submissions of data in an effort to accelerate drugs and diagnostics though the approval process at the FDA with additional knowledge up front.  More studies on the mouse.  BD 

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Expression Analysis said today that it will provide microarray expression profiling services for the Immunological Genome Project, a program funded by the National Institutes of Health.

IGP is a consortium focused on generating gene expression profiles and building genetic regulatory networks for immunological populations in the mouse. The project will generate a complete microarray dissection of gene expression in the mouse immune system.
