Don’t use QR codes on outdoor billboard advertising.
What is the patient supposed to do, scan the billboard from a moving car? They could kill themselves and others.
QR codes should give patients a convenient way to access information through their phone. It is only “convenient” while sitting or standing in a place where you can safely look at your phone.
Here are some good examples of QR codes:
Anything handheld can be easily accessed by a phone
Wayfinding is a great use of QR
So Wrong... But Also So Right!! Come on, they are just sitting there anyway
