Hospitals across the United States will face tremendous changes now that the new healthcare law is in place. From handling several million more patients and making sure there is staff to care for them, to trying to avoid payment cuts from Medicare due to hospital-acquired infections and poor readmission rates, the work and preparation needs to begin now.
Hospital executives are invited to attend Premier healthcare alliance’s regional briefing sessions in order to prepare for reform. Registration is underway now and you can sign up by clicking here . Premier is a national leader when it comes to helping hospitals improve patient care while safely reducing costs.
The briefing sessions will be held in Chicago on May 17, Dallas on May 26 and in Charlotte on June 24.
If you want to understand how reform will impact your hospital, your bottom line and your organization’s future, these sessions are not to be missed.
The one-day seminars will include discussions about physician alignment strategies, addressing population health management, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), compensation modeling and bundled payments – just to name a few.
