Instead of leveraging the power that employees bring to social engagement, many companies remain overly-wary of social networks. According to a recent study, Facebook remains the most-blocked and most-filtered website by companies. The openDNS study, said that 14 percent of companies blacklist Facebook compared to the 1.2 percent of companies that blacklist adult-oriented sites like playboy.com and pornhub.com.
