Remember to be the patient once in a while

Are your staff members gentle with patients? Do they push too hard? Not hard enough? Do they exude confidence in the way they interact, touch, and communicate with clients? The only way to truly understand the experience your staff provides to patients is to be one yourself.

When recruiting new clinical staff (and evaluating existing staff), be the patient for a while and allow yourself to experience their knowledge, customer service, and techniques first-hand. Short…
