Quality Systems (NextGen Systems) to Buy CQI Solutions Hospital Software Company

It was just a couple days ago that NextGen inked a deal with Dell to market and sell their ambulatory MD medical records system as well. Dell will be using the cloud to host the NextGen medical records system. With the shrinking business of selling to physician’s group this will give the company arm to work more with hospital system integrations.
CQI software is installed at more than 100 hospitals, Quality said in a release when announcing the deal and the two companies have already worked together on a few customer installations already. BD
