Personal Choice By Independence Blue Cross

Independence Blue Cross is announcing the introduction of two new health insurance plans for individuals in Southeastern PA.  The plans will be available for sale beginning November 15th.

The new plans include

  • Personal Choice PPO 8000 Deductible Plan.  A PPO plan designed for healthy individuals and families that are looking for low monthly premiums.  The plan is a high deductible health plan with a deductible of $8,000, which helps keep monthly premiums low.  Monthly premiums for young individuals can be as low as $68/mo.
  • Keystone Health Plan East HMO. An HMO plan designed for families who are looking for predictable costs and low monthly premiums
