The plan is a high deductible health plan with a deductible of $8,000, which helps keep monthly premiums low. Monthly premiums for young individuals can be as low as $68/mo.
Keystone Health Plan East HMO. An HMO plan designed for families who are looking for predictable costs and low monthly premiums
