Kids health bill up for a vote today.

A big day for the children's health as law makers voted today to expand the State Children's Health Insurance Program. Estimated cost of the bill is $33 billion over a bit more than four years. The expnanded coverage would include an additional 4.1 million kids above the 7 million kids already enrolled. Bush slapped this bill down twice but there is a new tenant in the White House now.
