Key Technology for Multiple Incinerator of Rotary Kiln

In the multiple incinerator of the rotary kiln for the medical garbage which is composed by the rotary kiln and the circulating fluidized bed, the rotary kiln is used for the pyrolysis incineration of the medical waste. When the garbage is fed into the rotary, the garbage does the rotating movement slowly in the rotary kiln. With the action of the 500℃ to 600℃ hot air, the garbage can achieve the pyrolysis. The flammable gas generated after the pyrolysis us sent to the upper part of the dilute phase zone of circulating fluidized bed for combustion. The rest of the solid materials are sent to the dense-phase area at the lower part of the circulating fluidized bed for combustion. The materials are alternately exposed in the hot flue gas. However, the temperature of the rotary kiln is relatively low. The materials are heated uniformly and slowly. The moisture and the volatilization precipitation is uniform.
According to the great fluctuations of the calorific value, the complex components of the wastes and the strong change for the shape, the security, reliability, maturity and advancement of the incineration facilities should be carefully considered.
Incineration is a waste treatment process that involves the combustion of organic substances contained in waste materials. Incineration and other high temperature waste treatment systems are described as "thermal treatment". Incineration of waste materials converts the waste into ash, flue gas, and heat. The ash is mostly formed by the inorganicconstituents of the waste, and may take the form of solid lumps or particulates carried by the flue gas. The flue gases must be cleaned of gaseous and particulate pollutants before they are dispersed into the atmosphere. In some cases, the heat generated by incineration can be used to generate electric power.
The temperature of the furnace of the rotary fluidized bed in this plan is controlled between 850℃to 1200℃. The classifying wind can greatly reduce the precursor of the harmful material. At the same time, the flue gas quench tower combining with the activated carbon adsorption device can reduce the generation and the emission of the harmful materials.
