Whenever I get to financial or technology industry conferences -- and finance is nothing without technology -- I am impressed by the amount of effort attendees are putting into learning how to make their companies work better. Perhaps the super version of this was when Susan Watson, vice president for radical simplification and process-led enterprise integration at IBM, presented at Fusion in Madison last month.
