This training curriculum prepares individuals to plan and manage the complex organizational and technical issues challenging HIEs, including Governance, Architectures, Data Stewardship, Telehealth and Home Monitoring, Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN), and Personal Health Records (PHRs).”
What is the value? I have searched for CPHIT, CPEHR, and CPHIE certifications on line and all I find are organizations selling training (>$1000), organizations selling certification exams ($495), and people who list these initials after their by line or in LinkedIn, Spoke, or other netorking site.
The first 15 pages from google looking for any of these certification names did not reveal a single want add, request for proposal, or other bona fide source of benefit.
