Entrepreneurs' Counsel: Developing a good set of form confidentiality agreements

One of the first forms that we automated at AlphaTech was the confidentiality agreement. As most know, these agreements are very prevalent with many emerging companies. Sometimes they are called Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Proprietary Information Agreements (PIAs) or Secrecy Agreements, but for the most part, they each are the same thing trying to accomplish virtually the same objective: limit the disclosure and use of one's confidential information.
