Those close to Keiko say they have never met an individual with more drive and passion to do selflessly for others what she'd wished someone had done for her.

In just over two years, Keiko has become a powerful force in the infertility community. She is a force to be reckoned with, the lengths to which she'll go to help someone in need or raise awareness for a new topic in the community seems boundless.

Jeff created Pills Don't Teach Skills to share his personal story of winning the battle against Adult ADHD. He has dedicated his efforts since 2003 to understanding, learning and training his brain to meet and beat the challenges of Adult ADHD.

Jeff has directed people to resources when their current options were no longer affordable or couldn't find the support they needed. He has drawn a lot of attention to the ADD/ADHD cause and deserves to be acknowledged for his efforts and caring.

The UK based charity Live Life then Give Life has made a huge impact in the health of others and the future health. They are a team of people dedicated to raising awareness of organ donation, all of whom have been affected in one way or the other by Organ Transplant.

Kaiser Permanente Educational Theatre Programs, Northern California uses live theatre, music, comedy, and drama to promote wellness. Their programs share health information with children, teens, and adults to expand their knowledge base of what they can do to live healthier lives.

They provide these educational programs free of charge to schools and community organizations to raise awareness of health issues significant to the audience and to inspire healthier choices.

The California Lyme Disease Association (CALDA) is a non-profit corporation acting as the central voice for all tick-borne disease issues in California and supporting voice for national issues. CALDA seeks to prevent tick-borne disease, encourage early diagnosis, and improve the quality of healthcare provided to people with tick-borne disease. They are doing the hard work of getting the information "out there".

healKick is a social networking site specifically for young adults with neuro-immune disorders. This site goes out of their way to make sure the community is caring and supportive environment for young people with chronic illnesses. healKick has created a safe place for people to get support and understanding from others around the world who face similar life challenges.

Journey Forward is an innovative nationwide program to promote the use of Survivorship Care Plans that will help establish a new standard of care for cancer survivors, enhance patient and physician understanding of late effects of cancer treatment and survivorship, and improve continuity and coordination of care.

Spectrum Academy

Spectrum Academy is the first charter school in Utah dedicated solely to the academic, behavioral and social success of students with Asperger's Syndrome and high-functioning autism.

What started as an elementary program of 150 students has expanded to include preschool, elementary and high school programs with a school population of over 300 students.

IC Network

The IC Network is one of the first patient support websites. They are dedicated to interstitial cystitis and other pelvic pain disorders. They have created innovative solutions to the pressing problems facing patients diagnosed with urologic conditions, medical care providers who care for them, and the research community seeking new treatments and cures.

Over the years, they have provided critical 24/7 support to patients in need, developed new educational materials, conducted vital research, provided weinars, and created IC awarenss campaigns.
