Need to know when Wisconsin first enacted a Board of Health for the practice enforcement of OT/PT, etc. I practiced in Wisconsin in the '80s when there were no licensure laws for OTs and now I am living in Tennessee. Can't get a license here until I can prove that when I practiced in Wi, there existed no record of my having a license or not.
