what issues can bacillus cereus and citrobacter freundii cause in intestinal health?

Posted by Linda

test results have possible pathogens of cacillus cereus, citrobacter freundii and klebsiella planticola. Dr. wants me to take cipro for treatment. Nervous about side effects of cipro use...ie tendon issues. How do I even get this in my system? Escherichia coli is NG, lactobacillus species are good, and bifidobacterium is low end 1+. Info from CDSA results. Thanks you for any information. Linda
