Last night prior to falling asleep I was laying on my left side, lovin my cat and out of no were it hit me like a brick. The charlie horse feeling was constint from the bottom of my ribs to the bottom of my head. Both front and back. Am I going to die?
Hot weather and exercise can cause charlie horses, usually because you're dehydrated. Do you drink at least 8 cups of water a day? Also, it could be a lack of potassium (which is one of the electrolytes). If you workout a lot, or just started on a new routine, it could be that your body is adjusting. Hope that helps!
