what causes light headedness, stomach pain, constapation, irritability, nausea, and diziness?

lately i've been consistantly "sick". tired, light headed, stomach pains, fatigued, and fairly constapated, but i have no idea what i could be. it may be due to my anemia, but i'm not completely positive. what's your opinion?
