testicular pain

I have a dull ache in my testicles and very stiff groin area which has escalated over the last 2 months and I now have a constant headache and neck stiffness. I also have general muscle ache in my shoulders and elbows. Does anyone know what this is ? I am in the forces and don`t really want to go to the Doc unless I have too, kind regards Keith
