Rectal bleeding during period

I had anal sex a couple of weeks ago for first time...I had slight bleeding after this but it only lasted 2days so I wasnt worried. And now my period is here and i have anal as well as vagina bleeding. Whats happened? im so scared. Do you have any idea what it could be?
