i went to target to use the restroom(1). After i washed my hands and started to get dizzy. i thought nothing of it so i opened the door and i started to lose my sight, it went in and out like a strobe untill there was nothing and at the same time lost all of my balance i fell to my knees. after i regained my sight at least to walk i tryed to walk out noticing that i was causing a scene. the doors were not to far, but as soon as i got outside i fainted right to the ground spread eagle. after waking up i was verrry hot and instant sweat. not the cold sweat but bad hot sweat.
i know that i do not have a normal heart beat all the time. an arithmetic i think its called? i woke up the next day with sick like symptoms. and what feals like hear or lung pain. left shooting pain in finger every once and a while.
i want to know if this could have been something normal and i just got sick the next day. or is this swine flue or what!?

i have read that i could have diabetes. but no one i know has this, nor have i had any symptoms that i know of.
now im sick temperature unknown. but high. bad cough. itchy throat. whole body hot not sweating, not vomiting. chest pain and my whole left side of body is in pain.
