Get to know me, I have COPD 4th biggest killer disease...chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is made up of chronic bronchitis and or emphysema. Lots of people have it and don't know it. YOU CAN manage it, what ever you do, don't sit on the couch, get moving no matter how difficult, use it or lose it. I CHOSE to live. WALK and walk, you don't have to do half marathons like I do, but do a little bit more than you normally do each day add a little more. My blog has all sorts of information and patient stories to.
