During this weekend where they also congregated for theII CREAD Andes Congress and Virtual EDUCA Summit, the Loja Technical University (UTPL - Ecuador), dozens of doctors and candidates to PhD attended the First Summit onCollaboartive Doctorate Programs and Research Incubatorsand the event was patronized by the Inter-American Organization for Higher Education (OUI)
