I took the 2 tablets of postinor 2 at once and that night i had bleeding for about 2days ..What does that mean

after i had sex and about 20mins i took the 2 tablet of postinor 2 and the next day i was bleeding for about 2days ..what does that mean and right now have not seen my period which am surpose to have ..does postinor 2 change change period cycle or does that me am pregnant?
