2 weeks ago, I sprained my ankle. I am still on crutches, in pain, Can't walk on it at all, have a lot of swelling + bruising + I get pins and needles on the ball of my feet and around my smaller toes..
Pre-sprain I was highly active, obviously now I am not..
Please advise, when do you reccomend that I start physio? When can I get off the crutches? and what are the best exersises to do, after an ankle injury?
