VERY ITCHY RASH ON TRUNK ARMS & BACK THE RASH WAS NOT THERE PRIOR TOO THE T.B. TEST. COULD SHE POSSIBLEY BE ALLERGIC OF THE T.B. VACCINE?  THE RASH IS ON THE ARM ONLY OF SHOT
