I had methodrexate during chemo for breast cancer and again for psorasis...is there a chance that it could cause Pulmonary Fibr

I recently read that there is a correlation between the drug and PF...I am currently under a dr's care for asthma and taking an inhaler (Advair Diskus) ...I am seeing less and less symtoms   of asthma and wonder if I need to discontinue use...and should I be concerned about Pulmonary Fibrosis...Thanks
